Where do I get the blood tests done?

Once you sign up we will organise the paperwork for your bloods. Our partner i-screen will email you the script, they work with the major labs across Australia and will connect you with a lab that is close to your home.

How do I know if I need the Program?

If you are new to working with Araleena or haven’t it is ideal to book a general initial appointment for an in-depth investigation of your unique health picture and to address any issues that might impact your success on metabolic balance.

How old is the Program?

The Metabolic Balance™ program has a 25-year history of success. It is based on sound scientific foundations and rigid academic research. University studies conducted in Germany, the programs country of origin show that it is one of the few interventions that lead to long term weight maintenance.

Can I just get a plan & do it myself?

The team who developed Metabolic Balance have found over the decades that 12 weeks of coaching and support from trained professionals is essential to the success of the program. Thus MB plans are only available from trained medical professionals, naturopaths and nutritionists.

You will have lots of opportunities to return to the various stages of the program as you use it to reset yourself after holidays and big events. It’s an powerful life investment.

What do I do after the Program?

There are four stages. The first two stages are more strict and structured and they create the change in your body chemistry and metabolism. The 3rd and 4th stages are designed to expand your food choices and integrate your learning into every day life.

This means you will walk away from the program with the tools you need to keep the weight off.

What if I don’t need to loose weight?

Whilst excess weight is a key consequence of metabolic issues - its not the only problem. Each plan can be tailored for loss, maintenance or gaining of weight within healthy limits.

Do I need to buy products or meals?

Metabolic Balance is a food based program which you cook yourself. You can access the food locally and most of it will be at the very least somewhat familiar to you. In the 2 day preparation phase there are some simple supplements to support the bowel - these are provided to you as part your package.
