Initial Consultation
Your initial appointment is a full naturopathic investigation into your health concerns to find the underlying cause and create a solution.
We assess your diet, lifestyle & investigate all areas of health.
Further testing is explained & discussed.
Dietary & lifestyle changes are implemented with solutions that suit you.
Herbal formulas & nutritional compounds are prescribed & dispensed.
There is ample time for your questions and printed instructions and handouts are provided.

Extended Follow-up
As we continue to work with your health issues we support you to understand your body and you start feeling empowered and informed.
Long term issues are addressed.
We have a unique approach to addressing food reactivity and improving digestion so that the broadest possible diet can be consumed whilst also having great gut function and health.
Treatments are tailored to best address your specific health issues and support your lifestyle.
Knowledge is your most powerful tool and we help you understand your unique body and health.

Short Follow-up
Long term support can often be targeted and requires less time.
These shorter appointments are perfect once you understand more about the approach and we are in a maintenance phase of treatment.
Having regular short appointments enable us to pay close attention to your on going health.
Araleena will create herbal tinctures, compounded formulas and advise on other supplements which improve long term health and wellbeing.

Child’s Initial Consultation
We will thoroughly investigate your child’s health concerns.
All treatments are tailored to your child
Diet and lifestyle changes are discussed and adapted so that your child feels involved and supported.
Herbal formulas and nutritional compounds can be prescribed and dispensed. These are child friendly and are designed specifically for your child.
There is ample time for discussion. Printed instructions and handouts are provided.

Quick Check-In
This 15 minute check-in is a great option when you have symptoms you don’t understand and need guidance and support with.
It will also assist you when you get a sudden cold or flu and need some specific herbal or nutritional remedies.
If you are a parent and would like to discuss your child’s appointment you are welcome to book this check in session for

Emergency
We all can get that sudden sore throat or hacking cough that appears from nowhere.
Please don’t suffer alone.
Sometimes we are fully booked for appointments but don’t struggle on with sinus pain or a urinary tract infection.
Contact reception straight away with your symptoms and we will assess them and make you a herbal mixture or emergency compound to get you through until your next appointment.
